Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize production workflows
Develop efficient manufacturing processes

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with automation systems is a plus
Good communication and teamwork abilities
